Shipping & Returns

Each handbag is handmade front the best quality, individually handpicked leather therefore please allow up to two weeks for order process. Currently we are only able to take online orders for purchases shipped within the United States. For orders to be shipped outside the United States, please contact us directly via email at info@eponaboutique.com.

All items are shipped via UPS.

Returns/Refunds/Comments
If you need to return your EponaBoutique.com purchase for an exchange or refund please email returns@eponaboutique.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (¿RMA¿) Number. Then, pack the item securely in the original package clearly showing the RMA number on the outside of the package. Inside the package please provide a sheet of paper stating your order number, billing name, and address. You must prepay your return shipping charges and return the item to:

Be sure to retain the tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is delivered to us. All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes (when possible), and returned within 14 days of receipt to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this Return Policy.
